                      Fetal anasarca

      Fetal anasarca is the excess amount of fluids in the tissue beneath 
the skin of fetus. 

      It may develop in a single fetus or one of twins.

      Rarely mild hydrops of the amnion and/or allantois and edema  of the placenta may accompany fatal anasarca.

      This is caused by a recessive autosomal character.
